Aly Catolico, 4th Grade WATER Co-Teacher

Alyssa (Aly) Catolico is an experienced educator with a passion for mentoring and working with children. Over the past eight years, she has dedicated her time to both classrooms and outdoor education centers. She earned her B.A. in Education Sciences, Urban Planning, and minor in Global Sustainability at UC Irvine. The intersection of education and environmental stewardship has been a driving force throughout Aly’s career and has inspired her to work at various parks throughout California and within Bay Area independent schools. Her time working in outdoor education at Crystal Cove State Park, Guadalupe River Park Conservancy, Orange County Coastkeeper, and the Children’s Discovery Museum has cultivated her love for hands-on experiential education.  As the fourth grade co-teacher, Aly looks forward to inspiring her students and instilling in them a lifelong passion for learning, discovery, and the wonders of the natural world.
