Welcome to Berkwood Hedge Summer Camp On the Hill 2024
Join us on our beautiful Hill Campus for Berkwood Hedge Summer Camp! With offerings ranging from theater to design to sports, we have something for everyone. Your camper will spend mornings immersed in their chosen interest—learning new skills, building confidence and forming lasting connections. They’ll engage in interactive and collaborative activities that foster teamwork, communication, and friendship.
Afternoons are a burst of energy with a mix of athletics, artistic exploration, and the sheer joy of basking in the summer sun. From friendly sports competitions to letting the imagination run wild on canvas, campers will experience the perfect balance of physical activity and creative expression.
As the sun sets, the fun continues with classic camp songs. From catchy tunes to silly dances, every evening is a celebration of the joy found in shared experiences. As laughter echoes through the camp, we’ll create memories that will be cherished long after we say goodbye.

June 10 - June 21 Theater Camp
Grades 4-7
Your camper will unleash their inner star as they step into a world of feline fun while bringing to life a dazzling production of “The Aristocats”! We will put on two purr-fectly dazzling performances of this beloved musical about a family of aristocratic cats and the alley cat who saves them. Through teamwork, creativity, and laughter, campers will work with seasoned instructors to develop acting skills, harmonize their voices, and dance their way into the hearts of the audience. Most importantly, they’ll build valuable skills in self-expression and self-confidence. And it's not just about performance—we'll also pull back the curtain and dive into the magical world of set and costume design, where imagination takes form!

Writing Camp
Grades 5-8
Get ready for a literary adventure like no other, where every camper becomes the author of their own exciting narrative! Our skilled instructors will guide them on a thrilling quest to uncover the secrets of great storytelling. From developing characters that leap off the page to creating plots that keep readers on the edge of their seats, each day will open an exciting new chapter for your budding wordsmith. Campers will engage in interactive and collaborative journaling and writing sessions that will refine skills while creating a supportive community of fellow storytellers. Through group exercises and shared storytelling, your camper will discover the strength of their voice and the magic of collaboration.
Young Writers Camp
Grades 2-4

Designed for young adventurers and budding architects, we’ll explore the limitless possibilities of the virtual realm. From crafting epic structures to navigating challenging landscapes, campers will unleash their creativity while mastering the art of block-building, guided by experienced instructors who seamlessly blend fun and learning.
