Jeff Kasowitz

Trustee

Jeff has been a Berkwood Hedge parent and Trustee since 2020. Jeff is a social innovator, musician and community builder. He is the Executive Director of Jewish Studio Project, which he co-founded with his partner Rabbi Adina Allen. Jeff has a deep background in nonprofit management and strategic planning. He served as Vice President of Strategy and Growth for the national education reform organization City Year where he worked on partnership building, scaling impact and developing organizational culture. Jeff holds MBA and MPH degrees from UC Berkeley. In his free time, Jeff enjoys playing basketball with his kids, playing guitar and hiking in the redwoods.
