Teachers are at the heart of our school. We value the expertise they bring to understanding learning, strengthening classroom practice, and addressing the various educational issues that arise in the day-to-day life of a school.
Berkwood Hedge has a long history of collaboration within a supportive and caring working environment. Teachers develop strong working relationships with each other. Weekly staff meetings provide opportunities for active participation in discussions about current educational research, curriculum development, teaching strategies, and the ways in which we care for the children in our classrooms and the families in our school.
