Berkwood Hedge is an independent, progressive kindergarten through fifth grade school located in the heart of Berkeley. A leader in social and environmental justice issues, we are well known for a hands-on developmental curriculum that promotes deep and intuitive learning. Our application process, FAQ's, downloadable application and tuition assistance forms are all available on our website. We also have some openings in the 1st, 2nd (for boys), 3rd and 5th grades for the 2011-2012 school year.
