Deadline for filing the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) directly with School and Student Service (SSS) sss.nais.org. You may begin to apply on November 1, 2011

Please also provide the following backup documents to SSS*:

  • a copy of your filed 2010 form 1040 Federal tax returns, including all schedules and W2 statements (if filing separately, copies of both parents'/guardians' returns).
  • the Berkwood Hedge Tuition Assistance Application
