Fundraising Breakfasts
On Friday, April 1, 2011 over 100 students and their families enjoyed a hearty breakfast of scrambled eggs, bagels, fruit, coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the Berkwood Hedge Community Room. Suggested donation was $5.00 per person, and the school raised over $1600 to benefit the Northern Japan Earthquake Relief Fund's support for Japanese citizens affected by the tsunami.
Families at Berkwood Hedge gather to spend time together while raising funds for those in need. These breakfasts are an annual event and open to the public.
